My most favorite horoscope ever :) : You can't analyze the unseen, so if you are wringing your hands over a mysterious situation, stop it! Trying to figure out what is motivating other people is a waste of your time. You can ask them questions until the cows come home, but right now they might not be in a position to tell you anything. They don't really understand it themselves! It's best to distract yourself with positive people and fun things. You will know more soon enough.
